Please follow the methods mentioned beneath.
Method 1:

Simply did you really read my whole postal service?
Start of all, the problem occurs on my laptop, not on an Xbox device. I have Microsoft Windows 8.i Pro (64-bit) operating system installed on my laptop.
And then, I have no problem with my Cyberspace connexion. The problem is but that I cannot login to my Xbox account (linked to my Windows Live account) on whatever Metro game of Microsoft Studios.

Switching to a local account, so re-switching to my Microsoft (Windows Live) account couldn't solve the trouble. The same connection error notwithstanding appears.
I tried to shut down my firewalls (both Windows and COMODO) and all live protection functionalities of COMODO, but information technology is the same.
All Windows updates have been installed. All my games are already updated. All drivers are already updated. I've installed the latest updated bundle of DirectX.
I tried to outset uninstall the games, and then re-install them after re-downloading from the store, but this couldn't help.

I read you disabled the firewall but its worth trying this anyway. Open the amuse search box and find let app through windows firewall. Then find the right entry and brand sure information technology is checked. After that attempt disabling your virus protection to meet if it makes a deviation. You tin use windows defender which is built in real time protection. When you are within the app causing the issue you should be able to open the charm menu and clicking settings see which business relationship it is using.

My all Metro-style Xbox game applications are already allowed completely according to that configuration listing of Windows Firewall. Disabling my anti-virus protection didn't solve anything.
Possibly this effect would be solved after formatting my harddisk, so re-installing Windows. But I don't want to do it but for these games.
